Old Wharf Tearoom and gift shop 

Welcome to the Old Wharf Tearoom where you will always be greeted with a friendly welcome and a smile. The tearoom is tastefully decorated with a private collection of canal ware (ribbon plates, water cans, Measham ware, hand bowls and even a butty's tiller) and is open seven days a week, all year round. 
 
The extensive menu (see below) is complimented by our daily specials which are displayed on the boards behind the counter. Our fresh cakes are all home-made on a local farm.  
 
We are retailers of Walls icecream and keep a full range in stock, including the Cornetto soft range. 
Fully licensed serving wines, beers and lagers.

Our gift shop stocks a large range of items from postcards and fudge to popular canal ware similar to the examples on display in the tearoom (commissions are also undertaken). The stock is constantly being replenished with different items - so pop in and have a look what is new.

Our location is not only popular with canal users but also local cyclists and cycle clubs, vintage motor clubs, vintage motorcycle clubs, horse-riders, walkers and walking clubs and much more. All clubs are welcome and are encouraged to call for information on our current promotions and to reserve parking and seating during busier times.
